Hektera Ads (ads.hektera.com) is our Google Ads management service, through which we build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for our clients. 3.2 Client Advertising Account Data

When a client engages us, they authorize us to access and manage their Google Ads and related accounts (such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager). In the course of providing our services we access campaign structure and settings, keywords and search terms, performance metrics, and conversion data. We process this data solely to provide management and reporting services to that client.

4. Managing Client Accounts & Authorization

We access and manage clients' Google advertising accounts only with the client's authorization, and we act on their behalf as their agency. Account access is granted by the client and may be revoked by them at any time. We use this access exclusively to operate and optimize the engaged client's campaigns — never to access accounts we have not been authorized to manage.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and discuss potential engagements
• Build, manage, and optimize our clients' Google Ads campaigns
• Set up and verify conversion tracking and reporting
• Produce performance reports for the relevant client
• Operate, secure, and improve our services

6. Google APIs & Platform Data

To manage our clients' accounts, we use Google's advertising and analytics platforms and APIs. Any data we access through Google APIs is used only to provide our management and reporting services to the relevant client. We do not sell this data, and we do not transfer or use it for unrelated purposes. Our access to and use of data obtained through Google APIs adheres to the applicable Google API terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting and analytics providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Client advertising data is not shared with other clients or with unauthorized third parties.

8. Data Security & Retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and limiting access to authorized personnel. We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and operational requirements, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

9. Your Rights & Choices

You may:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to stop contacting you
• As a client, revoke our access to your Google accounts at any time from your Google Account permissions or via your account's access settings
