Hektera provides Google Ads management services to its clients, including account audits, campaign build and restructuring, keyword and negative-keyword strategy, conversion-tracking setup, bid and budget management, ongoing optimization, and reporting. We perform these services on behalf of clients who engage us.

This website is informational. Contacting us or requesting an audit does not by itself create a client relationship; engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Hektera and the client.

3. Client Authorization & Responsibilities

Where we manage a client's advertising accounts, the client authorizes us to access and operate those accounts on their behalf, and may revoke that access at any time. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for their products and offers, and for ensuring their advertising complies with applicable laws and Google's advertising policies.

4. Google Platform & Policy Compliance

Our services rely on Google's advertising and analytics platforms and APIs. Our use of these platforms is subject to the applicable Google terms and policies, including the Google Ads policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to:
